15 Things I Wish I Could Tell my 15 Year Old Self

I am sure we would all love to go back in time, even for a moment to give our teenage selves a bit of advice.
There are many things I would like to tell myself but I've narrowed it down to 15:

Take your time - you may be under pressure to decide what you want to do with your life, take your time to discover what you're good at and what you enjoy.  You're going to change your mind anyway - A LOT!
You don't need to be in a relationship - the boy who just broke your heart, the one you swear with every breath you'll never get over? You will.  Don't become obsessed or hung up on boys, most of them are over sized toddlers who don't know how to be in a relationship, they really aren't worth your  time or attention.
The above said, choose Brett - you're going to marry him.  Just a heads up.
Stop plucking your eyebrows - they won't grow back and in 10 years time you'll curse yourself for it every single day.
Stop wearing black eyeliner - you're not an emo, you're a chav, get over it.
Cherish your friendships - those girls you call your best friends, the ones you spend all your time with, you are blessed to have them in your life, then and now, nurture those relationships.  However, learn to let go of friendships that are not destined for lifetime status.  You will lose touch with the person you thought would be your 'bestie' forever, it happens and it's ok.
Forget what people think of you - it's none of your business.  It's a reflection of their own life values and experiences.
Mum is right.  About everything.
Get over it - it might feel like the world is ending because you aren't allowed to go to a party or get your belly button pierced, but chill out.  Life isn't fair and worst things will happen - having to wait for a bad haircut to grow out is not what I'm talking about.
Run - put more effort into training and competing, you're good at it and you're going to kick yourself if you don't.
Goldschlager is not your friend.
You'll make mistakes, everyone does - the people who you think are perfect and never make mistakes aren't and they do.
Don't fake tan -  Just don't.  No one wants to look like they've rolled around in a bag of doritos.
Ask for help - it's not a sign of weakness.
Be yourself - no matter what.  Stick to your beliefs and who you are.

Here are a few photo's (the only ones I could find) - CRINGE!
